By day, our café is a relaxed, welcoming space to slow down, refuel, and connect — serving thoughtfully made food and drinks in a calm, comfortable setting.
As evening arrives, the space transforms into The Evergreen Table: a warm, intimate restaurant experience focused on seasonal flavours, plant-forward cooking, and dishes designed to be shared and savoured.
The Evergreen Table Restaurant is open Thursday to Monday evenings, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm, offering a more refined dining experience while keeping the same welcoming atmosphere you know and love.
Whether you’re stopping in for a casual daytime bite or settling in for an evening meal, we invite you to take a seat, slow down, and enjoy the table.
Our café is open to the public from 7:45am-9pm every day of the week, year-round. The dinner menu is available from Friday to Monday and there is a weekend brunch.
Café service is also available while enjoying our spa facilities. You can enjoy an alcohol free beer or cocktail, healthy smoothies or any of our tea and coffee-based drinks with your favourite snacks and lite bites while sitting on a lounger between your hot tub dip and sauna.
