Leaders Training
RPAY places a special focus on leadership development and community capacity through training, workshops, conferences, knowledge sharing, skill development, and mentoring.
A variety of activities support leadership and capacity in rural Yukon for a) community recreation, b) the after school time period, c) fitness programs, and d) aquatics.
Yukon’s recreation leaders may be hired staff or volunteers in roles such as community recreation directors and programmers, fitness leaders, board members, after school program leaders, or RHEAL Leaders.
